The SB Audience ROSSO-75CDN-T is a 1.4-inch exit compression driver designed for high-output and high-fidelity applications. Featuring a lightweight titanium diaphragm and a powerful neodymium magnet assembly, this driver achieves an impressive sensitivity of 110 dB, ensuring dynamic and articulate sound performance. With a wide frequency range of 500 to 22,000 Hz, it is well-suited for both professional sound reinforcement and premium DIY speaker systems.
The 75 mm (3") voice coil utilizes a flat copper-clad aluminum wire wound on a Kapton former for excellent thermal performance and reduced power compression. The use of a copper cap in the motor structure significantly minimizes intermodulation distortion, contributing to the driver’s clean and natural sound character. A precision phase plug and 9.5° annular exit angle further optimize acoustic performance.
