Its ferrite-based magnetic circuit provides controlled operation of the polyimide diaphragm assembly, while the 1.0" exit supports extended high-frequency response. The diaphragm is attached to a high-temperature Nomex voice coil former, helping the driver withstand the long-term power demands commonly found in professional audio applications.

With 109 dB sensitivity, 8 ohm impedance and a 2000 Hz resonant frequency, the 101FCD is well suited for efficient HF sections in horn/waveguide tweeter applications.
