The REDCATT 121FINDX8 is designed as a high-efficiency bass-mid woofer with a linear response character and low harmonic distortion. With 96.60 dB sensitivity and an Fs of 63 Hz, it is well suited to systems that need strong output, clear midrange behaviour and useful low-frequency extension from a single 12" driver.

Its lightweight treated paper cone is controlled by an “M†shaped fabric surround, while the Nomex spider supports long-term stability and pistonic movement. The cone is water-repellent and non-flammable, making the driver a practical choice for demanding environments where robust woofers are required.

The ferrite motor, steel basket and 50.8 mm glass-fiber voice coil former give the 121FINDX8 reliable power capability: 250 W AES, 500 W continuous and 1000 W peak. Key T/S parameters include Re of 5.30 ohms, Qts of 0.600, Vas of 49.80 liters and Bl of 12.90 T·m, offering useful information for enclosure and crossover design.

For bass-reflex use, recommended alignments include 20 liters tuned to 72 Hz for high output and strong mid-bass, 25 liters tuned to 66 Hz for a balanced general-purpose setup, and 30 liters tuned to 60 Hz for extended low-frequency performance with high-pass filter protection. The driver is especially suitable for 2-way speakers, sealed PA bass cabinets and active subwoofer crossover applications.
