The Beyma 15LEX1200Nd is built for high-output subwoofer applications where power handling, sensitivity and clean low-frequency reproduction are essential. With a rated impedance of 8 ohms, 1,200 W AES power capacity and 2,400 W program power, it is suited to demanding bass designs that need strong output with controlled behaviour.
Its FEA-optimized neodymium magnetic circuit, 101.6 mm DUO double-layer in/out copper voice coil and exclusive Malt Cross® Technology cooling system help reduce power compression and distortion. As a premium low-frequency woofer, it combines a 97 dB sensitivity rating with a 40 Hz to 1,500 Hz frequency range for efficient, powerful performance.
The 15LEX1200Nd is optimized for direct radiation and band-pass subwoofer applications. For bass-reflex use, it is recommended with a 115 liter enclosure tuned to 40 Hz, making it a strong choice for custom audio components projects requiring deep bass capability and reliable mechanical control.
Mechanical construction is designed for demanding use. The weatherproof cone is treated on both sides, while the extended controlled displacement provides ±11 mm Xmax and 60 mm peak-to-peak excursion before damage. Mounting dimensions include a 393 mm overall diameter, 373 mm bolt circle, 352 mm front-mount baffle cutout and 183 mm depth.
