The REDCATT 181FCD is a high-performance HF compression driver developed for professional loudspeaker engineering. It is well suited to demanding horn-waveguide tweeter applications where controlled high-frequency output and strong efficiency are required.

Its ferrite motor uses an FEM optimized magnetic structure to provide a robust high-force BL field. This supports precise control of the diaphragm assembly and helps the driver deliver a clear, pleasant high-frequency sound character with extended frequency response.

With 109 dB sensitivity and power handling of 70 W AES, 140 W continuous and 280 W peak, the 181FCD is built for use in larger speaker systems. Recommended applications include 2-way PA tops, portable column PA systems and commercial install systems.
