Tang Band improved upon the reliability of the popular W2-800SL and the result is the W2-2243S full range wide dispersion driver. Similar to the original, this driver features an aluminum/magnesium diaphragm, a shielded neodymium magnet, and a sturdy nylon composite plastic basket.

This well-built driver uses an aluminum/magnesium cone with a TPR surround to improve damping and provide smooth response from 260 to 20,000 Hz. With inset terminals and a flat mounting flange, the W2-2243S is easy to install on a flat mounting surface.
