The Volt VM754 is a premium 3” (75 mm) midrange dome driver, ideal for use in high-end studio monitors. Designed with a lightweight single-layer copper voice coil and a front-mounted short horn, this driver achieves high excursion and excellent low-end midrange performance. The one-piece coated soft fabric dome/surround is optimized for acoustic smoothness and consistency, with a secondary rear surround for enhanced voice coil stability.
The motor system is precision-engineered using FEA techniques and incorporates a 155 mm ceramic magnet, contributing to its high 92 dB sensitivity. The dome/coil assembly is mounted on a replaceable self-aligning ring, allowing for easy field servicing.
