Grip Tools (short for Grand Rapids Industrial Products), nowadays known for their high-quality tools that make every job easier, was founded in 1980 by Mr Charles Amash in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mr Amash noticed the big demand by small and large businesses for quality tools, which led him to start building his own company to stimulate the demand on the tools market.
25 years later, Mr Amash and his two sons, Elias and Jason, have created a top 10 regional supplier of tools and general merchandise and one of the industry's most respected companies thanks to their steady growth, their focus on the long term and putting the customer first.
Today, GRIP owns a newly expanded 18.500 m² state-of-the-art facility, including a 185 m² product showroom, which features their product line of over 1.500 speciality hand tools, household items, automotive gadgets, air tools, woodworking utensils, and general merchandise.
