The phase plug optimizes the radiation pattern, a durable rubber surround ensures long life and thanks to the ferrofluid cooled voice coil it is not easy to blow this midrange either. The second magnet shields the motor structure allowing you to use this driver in speakers that will be close to TV’s and PC’s.
