The Monacor SPH-250KE is a very competent woofer with modern engineering and looks thus making it very suitable as the woofer in high-end multi-way speakers. The beautiful finely woven kevlar cone draws plenty of attention and its performance won’t disappoint the listener either. The T/S parameters are tailored towards bass-reflex designs, meaning that deep bass reproduction is possible from vented and transmission line enclosures but the SPH-250KE can even get down in a simple sealed enclosure.
