The Amplimo 08SE5K0H is designed for single-ended tube output stages where a compact, high-quality transformer is required. As part of a build with premium audio components, it provides a 5 kΩ primary impedance and secondary taps for 0, 4 and 8 Ω loudspeaker connections.
Performance is supported by a broad -3 dB frequency bandwidth of 20 Hz to 80 kHz at 1 mW, with the power bandwidth starting at 21 Hz. The transformer has a 25 H primary inductance, 14 mH primary leakage inductance and 469 pF primary capacitance, making it suitable for demanding tube amplifiers.
The primary side provides an anode connection, a 40% UL tap and B+, while the secondary side offers 0, 4 Ω and 8 Ω outputs. Use only one secondary tap at a time, and insulate all unused wires with heatshrink for safe installation in your amplifier project or related amplifier accessories assembly.
The transformer is potted in a black textured aluminium shell and measures 106 mm in diameter by 55 mm high. It mounts with an M8x20 centre bolt, has 200 mm lead length and weighs 1.3 kg, giving it a robust mechanical format for secure integration into custom tube amplifier builds.
