The REDCATT CX10F140F combines a 10" low-frequency section with a 1.4" high-frequency section in one coaxial format. This makes it a practical choice for compact professional speaker systems where consistent acoustic alignment and direct sound projection are important.
Its hybrid ferrite-neodymium magnetic circuit is engineered for strong magnetic performance in a compact form factor. The LF section uses a paper CF/PEN cone, while the HF section features a symmetrical aluminium horn to support good off-axis response and controlled high-frequency dispersion.
With LF power handling of 200 W AES, 400 W continuous and 800 W peak, plus HF ratings of 30 W AES, 60 W continuous and 120 W peak, the CX10F140F is built for demanding woofers and coaxial driver applications. Its 95.03 dB sensitivity helps achieve high output without excessive amplifier power.
Recommended sealed enclosure alignments range from 17.7 liters for general PA and full-range column use to 10.1 liters for compact column bays and 5.6 liters for systems supported by an active subwoofer. Vented options from 20 to 40 liters tuned between 38 and 55 Hz are also supported with a 75 mm port.
