Our return process
SoundImports always strives for high customer satisfaction. If the products prove to be defective or if there is any reason for you to return your order, you will have to contact us first. That is why we want to ask you to go through the following steps when you want to return your order:
- Contact your account manager via [email protected] and state your name and order number in the e-mail. You can find the order number in your confirmation mail.
- We will reply to your return request. If goods have been specially ordered for you they cannot be returned. If you have a defect we hold the right to request to test and research the true nature of the defect.

The Netherlands - After we received and inspected the products we will refund the purchase amount or send new products to you. After we have received the return products we will take action within five business days.
What to take into account when returning
Once we approve your return do take care for the following conditions:
- The product is unused and is in its original state (as reasonably possible)
- The original packaging is undamaged (as reasonably possible)
If you do not meet these requirements, it may be that your return is rejected.
Consequences of returning your order
Once your return has been approved, you will in any case receive all payments you have made up to that moment, excluding delivery costs, within no more than 14 days. We will pay you back with the same payment method you used to pay for your order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund. If we received your order we will inspect the products first. You must return or hand over the goods, in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which we accepted your return.
